I panic applied to so many schools because I was unsure how my cycle would turn out as a reverse splitter.

My cycle is proof that the LSAT isn’t everything! My practice tests were in the 167-173 range. My first test in June 2023 was a 159, and my second was Sept. 2023 161. Don’t know why the real ones were so different, but it ended up not mattering all that much!

Cycle Notes:
Wrote all additional essays (except Why UMich)- Reused diversity statement for most

• Sent an updated resume to most schools on February 15
• Toured GULC and BU post waitlist and emailed about it
• GULC preferred waitlist; feeler email May 30
• Sent LOCI immediately for all waitlisted schools excepted UVA, Richmond, and Temple
• NYU hold February 6; WL April 29
• Feeler email from Northwestern on July 31; accepted August 1

Public Interest Programs:
Turned down offer to interview for Wilf Public Interest program at NYLS- Accepted to UCLA’s David J. Epstein Public Interest Program

• Only 25 students are selected…ALWAYS shoot your shot!
• Selected as UMN Law Robina Public Interest Scholar (March 29)
