About & Wisdom

FlumbusCrumplehorn's wisdom

You don’t need a 170 LSAT to go to a good law school. That being said, a higher LSAT would definitely make things easier, open more doors, and give you more scholarship options.

Simple Advice:

  • Spend a lot of time to craft your personal statement/application to show why you want to go to law school. This is SUPER important especially if you’re just an average LSAT applicant like me.

  • Re read your personal statement. Then re-read it 20 more times over the course of a couple days to make sure you made no mistakes.

  • Have a friend or pay a service to look over your personal statement for any spelling errors or grammatical inconsistencies.

  • Do whatever you have to do to study and get the LSAT score near the mean/average LSAT score of your target school.

  • ALWAYS SHOOT YOUR SHOT WITH A SCHOOL- (even if its way out of your league, you may be surprised).

  • NEVER GIVE UP AND NEVER GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT A REJECTION/WAIT-LIST!- It ain’t over till its over.
